Gain Insights into Maternal Mental Health

Learn strategies for supporting new and expectant mothers at the Lewisville Branch Library on Saturday, Jan. 11 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. A health educator from Partners Health Management will explain the nuances of maternal mental health, perinatal mood disorders, practical tools for support, and more. Attendees will learn about the essential intersection of mental health, pregnancy/postpartum care and social determinants of health, all of which are important in creating a nurturing environment for mothers.
